Shipping Policy

At Elev-8 Labs, we are committed to processing and delivering your research orders promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for full details.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Ground): 5–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping (USPS Priority Express): 1–2 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders), or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over a qualifying amount, as displayed at checkout.

4. Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. Products are packed securely to maintain integrity during transit. Lyophilized peptide vials are packed with appropriate cushioning to prevent damage.

5. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam. All domestic shipments include tracking, and tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

6. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and any additional fees imposed by their country’s customs authority. Elev-8 Labs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Please verify that importing our products is legal in your jurisdiction before placing an order. We will not falsify customs declarations or mark shipments as gifts.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order using the Track Order page on our website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Elev-8 Labs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@elev8labs.com. We will do our best to correct the issue if the order has not yet been shipped.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@elev8labs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
