Refund Policy
At Elev-8 Labs, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every batch is third-party tested and ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA). Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of research-grade chemical compounds, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on peptides, research compounds, or accessories once they have been shipped. This policy exists to ensure the integrity and safety of all products in our catalog.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following limited circumstances:
- The product you received is materially different from what you ordered
- The product arrived visibly damaged due to a packaging or carrier failure
- Your order was lost in transit and confirmed as such by the carrier
- A duplicate charge was applied to your payment method in error
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Customer remorse or change of mind after an order has shipped
- Orders delayed due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or altered in any way
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Failure to comply with proper storage instructions after delivery
- Orders placed in jurisdictions where our products are restricted or prohibited
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or replacement request, contact us at support@elev8labs.com within 7 days of your order’s delivery date (or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages). Please include the following in your message:
- Your full name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging (for damage claims)
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please do not use it. Retain the original packaging and product, and contact us immediately with photos documenting the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible and the standard refund policy applies. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@elev8labs.com.
7. Chargebacks
We ask that customers contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We take fraud seriously and will provide all necessary documentation to dispute unwarranted chargebacks. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned.
